RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
The following items may be returned if they meet the following requirements:
- Collectible statues and figures
- The figures packaging must be completely sealed. Any open packaging or signs of tampering will incur a 50% return fee.
- Trading Card Games
- Only returnable if the package shipped(this means your package not the actual prodcuts packaging) hasn't been opened. If returned as opened or tampered a 75% return fee will incur.
- Apparel
- Returnable as long as tags are attached and no signs of wear and tear. If returned showing any signs of use there will be no refund.
- Manga & Funko
- Only returnable if the package shipped(this means your package not the actual prodcuts packaging) hasn't been opened or tampered with. Otherwise non-refundable
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Defective items must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery confirmation. If done afterwards there will be a 30% return fee.
Please Note
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at support@theanimeoasis.com to obtain a return label.
Please do not ship without authorization, we will not cover any costs if done so.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
