We all love to be the first to receive a product, especially when its limited!
Please read carefully before placing your order!
Process
Once you've found your next favorite collectible, check its estimated arrival date. Most pre-orders will arrive on time but their may be delays. (We will contact you if their are any). Once your at check simply chose your shipping method and we'll make sure it gets to you asap!
Note: Item prices may increase once it arrives due to increased shipping costs! Order early to avoid price changes!
Policy
All pre-orders will be processed at time of purchase.
Cancellations are acceptable up to the time of shipping. If you wish to cancel please contact us promptly. Once it has shipped all products fall under our return policy.
Multiple cancellations will result in a ban for all future pre-orders at the Anime Oasis. We may refuse all future orders as we choose to do so.
Note: Their may be a possibility of cancellation if the item were to be pre-sold out!
