Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During high‑volume periods (sales, restocks, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• Economy: 5-8 Business days
• Standard: 3-4 Business days
• Express: 1-2 Business Days

Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
• Tracking number
• Carrier link
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for:
• Packages delayed by the carrier
• Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
• Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double‑check your address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If you need to change an item or address before shipment, please contact us immediately at the support email on our site or chat box.

Pre‑Order Items

Items will be shipped within the month or first two weeks of the following month stated on the product page. 

Local Pickup 

Pickups can be made during business hours with proof of purchase. 

Orders will be available on same day if not within 1-2 days depending on their location. You will receive an email once your order is ready.
